 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in date will incur a 50% charge.
• No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the property and its surroundings.
• Any damage caused to property or amenities will be charged to the guest.
• Illegal activities, including possession of prohibited substances, are strictly forbidden.

Safety & Liability

• Adventure activities (trekking, rafting, etc.) are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
• Dandeli Jungle Edge is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the stay or activities.
• Guests must follow safety instructions provided by guides and staff.

Wildlife & Environment

• The property is located in a natural habitat; guests are advised to respect wildlife and avoid littering.
• Feeding animals or disturbing the ecosystem is strictly prohibited.

 Privacy & Data

• Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
• We do not share guest data with third parties without consent.
